- 8 modules
- In person or online

- Valid 12 months
What's covered
From the control loop to your first pitch.
Eight modules across a morning and an afternoon, with exercises, a design activity and role-play built in.
- 1Morning
Welcome and the opportunity
Who MIS is, why buildings are going intelligent, and what the certification unlocks for your company.
- 2Morning
Controls 101: how building systems work
The control loop (sense, decide, act), DDC, the four point types, and the field, control and supervisory levels, plus the AI level on top.
- 3Morning
Legacy systems and the MIS difference
Open protocols, no lock-in, and what the AI layer adds to the systems already in a building.
- 4Morning
How M360 works: the platform
Where M360 sits, why it doesn't disturb existing controls, the building modules, and the demo stories you'll use with customers.
- 5Afternoon
The hardware layer: Delta Electronics and LOYTEC
BACnet and open protocol at a sales level, and the key components (LWEB-900, L-INX, L-IOB, room panels) and when each is used. Includes a design exercise.
- 6Afternoon
The AI factory and the digital twin
How MIS programs and commissions through its AI factory, and a digital twin in plain language.
- 7Afternoon
Selling: positioning and the pitch
Tailor the message to owners, engineers and executives, move from pain to value, and handle objections. Includes role-play.
- 8Afternoon
The program, the exam and certification
Deal registration, who does what, the brand and claims rules, then the knowledge check.
What the certification covers
What it qualifies you to do, and what it doesn't.
MCI certification qualifies your team to
- Represent and sell connected building services as a Meistro Certified Integrator
- Scope a first Pulse job and work with the MIS design tool
- Install hardware and support commissioning alongside MIS
- Respond to Pulse findings and explain them to customers
- Register deals and use the M360 demo portals with prospects
It is not
- Delta Electronics or LOYTEC hands-on technical certification. Those are separate programs run by the manufacturers, and the course points you to them.
- A replacement for any trade or contractor license your state requires.
- Training to program controllers yourself. MIS programs and commissions through its AI factory.
What you leave with
More than a certificate.
- The credential. A Meistro Certified Integrator certificate and badge for your website, trucks and proposals.
- The workbook. Every module, exercise and quick reference, yours to keep.
- The pitch. A practiced way to explain connected building services to owners, engineers and executives.
- A 30-60-90 plan. Your next steps toward a first Pulse job.
Who should attend
The people who'll sell and support it.
- Owners and general managers
- Service managers and lead techs
- Salespeople and account managers
- Controls techs new to Delta and LOYTEC

Questions
About the course.
Do I need a controls background?
No. The course starts with Controls 101 and is built for service contractors who have never done controls.
How is the course delivered?
Live, in person or online, as one day: 6 hours of instruction plus lunch. A self-paced version is also available. Tell us which works for your team in the form below.
How do I get certified?
Attend the full day, pass the knowledge check at the end (80% to pass) and complete the course evaluation. You receive a certificate and a badge to use in your own marketing.
How long does the certification last?
Twelve months. It's renewed as the products are updated so your team stays current.
Is the training part of the MCI membership?
Yes. Certification and training for your team are part of the MCI membership. Ask us about upcoming dates and how many people you can bring.
Is this the Delta or LOYTEC technical certification?
No. This course covers M360, the hardware at a sales and design level, and how the program works. Delta and LOYTEC run their own hands-on technical certifications, and the course points you to them.
