The MCI membership is the program. Building modules, hardware and installation depend on the job. Contractor tools are optional and priced separately.

MCI Program
The membership, and what a job adds.
$475 a month makes you a Meistro Certified Integrator. It does not include an installed or monitored building: those costs depend on the customer and the equipment.
MCI membership
Included: the M360 Buildings platform and integrator console, certification and training, partner pricing and deal registration, demo portals.
Building modules
Pulse (priced per unit), plus Monitor, Assets, Intelligence and Automate, turned on per building. You set what your customer pays.
Hardware
Delta Electronics and LOYTEC controllers, sensors and parts through MIS at partner pricing. The MIS design tool determines what each job needs.
Installation
Your team installs. You price the labor and bill the customer directly.

Ten units cover the membership.

What contractors ask about price.
Does $475 a month include a monitored building?
No. The membership includes the M360 Buildings platform, certification and partner pricing. Building modules, hardware and installation are separate and depend on the job.
What does a first Pulse job cost?
Every job is different, so there is no standard price. The MIS design tool determines the sensors, controllers and points each rooftop unit needs, and the quote for that job is built from that.
Do I need M360 CRM to be an MCI?
No. Contractor tools are optional. You can keep the shop software you use today.
Who counts as a CRM user?
Each person who signs in to M360: office staff, managers and techs. Ask us how your team would count.
What is the $2,500 setup?
A one-time fee when you start on M360 CRM.
How long is the agreement?
One year.
Does M360 work with ServiceTitan?
Yes. MIS has an API integration with ServiceTitan, so you can keep running your shop on ServiceTitan. We'll show you how it fits your setup on a demo.
Can I start with one tool and move up later?
Yes. Start with a selling tool at $79 a month and move to M360 CRM when you're ready. The tool works the same inside it.
